NLE steps in to fill the void of vacant storefronts left empty by a combination
of many ailments -economic meltdown, landlord greed etc.
The program, conceived as an artistic response to our present economic condition and to revitalize empty spaces and areas around the venues by bringing thoughtful, high-caliber art installations with accompanying programs to the public.
With so many vacancies in any city USA,
wouldn't it be brilliant if this could become
the natural order ain all municipalities?
